About Greg

I have genuine passion and enthusiasm when it comes to health and fitness, along with a strong base of knowledge. With this passion I furthered my studies with a degree from the university of Exeter which has given me a deeper understanding of training and physiology. I have a long history in playing rugby to a high level, and also coaching and fitness training rugby and netball teams. Being an accomplished rugby player from a young age I have always been immersed in fitness and training. I've been a personal trainer for 3 years and have coached many clients with a varied range of goals and abilities. My aim is to make everyone feel better about themselves after a session through exercise, education and support.

Coaching Approach

I have a practical approach to my coaching and ensure that programmes should be tailored to the client's abilities and preferences. I believe there are many different ways to achieve the same results and it is important that the client enjoys training and it can be a way of life rather than purely for short term results. It is also important to share knowledge with the client so they can appreciate the benefit and purpose of the programme.
